Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager based in Colorado to lead the construction phase of water, wastewater, utility, and heavy civil projects across the Front Range.

You will act as the owner’s agent, coordinating the owner, contractor, and design team to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of civil construction experience, a CO PE or ability to obtain within a year, and strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 7 years of civil engineering/construction experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater, municipal or large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMP, schedules, and budgets, including pay requests.
• Provide project management oversight across all phases of a construction project.
• Lead owner-contractor-engineer meetings as owner’s agent.
• Manage on-site inspections and ensure technical conformance with specifications.
• Evaluate change orders and implement risk management plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permitting.
• Coordinate commissioning and closeout activities.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.
