Enginuity Advantage, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Water & Wastewater Utilities team in Colorado. You will lead municipal infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, and strengthen client relationships across the region.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license (Colorado licensure within six months preferred), and 10+ years of water/wastewater experience. Expect a hybrid schedule and collaborative leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Active PE license or ability to obtain Colorado licensure within six months.
• 10+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor technical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through design and construction.
• Oversee master planning studies, capital improvement planning, and hydraulic modeling.
• Manage projects involving pump stations, lift stations, and water/wastewater systems.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients and maintain relationships.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project engineers and design staff.
• Review plans, specifications, reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development.
• Support business development and identify opportunities with clients.
