Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead engineering projects in our Water market sector across Colorado Springs, Loveland, and Denver. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver critical water infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate has a PE license in CO (or will obtain within six months) and at least 5 years of related experience, with strong client leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing water and wastewater projects.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, collection systems, distribution systems, and pumping facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client management, and leadership skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and travel as needed.
