Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Englewood, CO. The role focuses on leading projects from design through construction, coordinating with subconsultants, and delivering high-quality water infrastructure solutions.

The candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while mentoring team members and supporting marketing efforts. A PE license and 10+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer credential.
• 10+ years of experience delivering water and wastewater projects from design through construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to develop a project scope and fee.
• Develop project plans and PM/QMP documents.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Manage subconsultants and monitor progress.
• Communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead project status presentations and reports.
• Support marketing through Go/No-Go decisions and proposals.
