Job summary

RESPEC seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer/Manager for Loveland or Denver, CO. You will lead a growing Water/Wastewater group, guiding projects from concept through completion, with emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include design, feasibility studies, permitting, reporting, and cross‑functional leadership. Eligible candidates have a PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months, and 10+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in civil or environmental engineering.
• PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of proven experience in water and wastewater projects.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, CAD, and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects from conception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team to define objectives and technical specs.
• Conduct engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and design work for water systems.
