Job summary

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead the development of our Loveland, CO practice. You will drive project delivery from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet technical and financial goals.

The role requires a PE license in CO (or ability to obtain within 6 months) and 10+ years of water/wastewater experience, with proficiency in hydraulic modeling, CAD, and project management software.

Qualifications

• A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Professional Licensed Engineer (PE) in CO or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of proven experience in managing water and wastewater engineering projects.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team to define objectives and technical specifications.
• Conduct engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and design work for water and wastewater systems.
• Prepare and review reports, plans, specifications, and other project deliverables to ensure quality.
• Navigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Manage construction activities and project documentation, addressing design changes as needed.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continually enhance project outcomes.
