MWH Constructors, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead mechanical execution on water and wastewater projects from its Sacramento, CA operations.

You will coordinate with owners, engineers and regulators to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. With 12+ years in project leadership and CCM/PMP eligibility, you’ll drive client relations, plan execution, and business development across assigned projects, leveraging a robust benefits package

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical) or construction management.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• 8+ years of management experience including client interface, marketing and business development, planning and execution, staff supervision.
• CCM or PMP required, with willingness to gain CCM or PMP within 12 months.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, union jurisdiction, labor agreements, and negotiations.
• Strong business acumen and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.

• Oversee and manage process mechanical operations in water and wastewater construction projects from start to finish.
• Interface with client, oversight representatives, regulatory agencies for business development and project execution.
• Make decisions to improve client relationships and profitability of projects.
• Develop new business opportunities relative to clients or regions.
• Supervise project staff and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of company and consultant personnel on assigned projects.
