Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Construction Manager to support project work out of Seattle, WA. You will oversee process mechanical operations for water and wastewater projects, coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and consultants, and manage a team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role includes leading contract administration, cost control, and safety oversight across all project phases, with opportunities for business development and growth within a nationally focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience managing municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• 8+ years of management experience with client interface and business development, planning and execution.
• CCM or PMP certification, or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Knowledge of construction practices, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage process mechanical operations in water and wastewater projects from start to finish.
• Interface with client, oversight representatives, regulatory agencies for business development and project execution.
• Ensure project objectives and standards align with client policies and procedures.
• Develop new business opportunities related to a client or geographical area.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to facilitate construction activities.
• Provide oversight of construction management, contract administration, planning/execution, cost control and QA.
