You will oversee safety, quality, and cost performance while coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors to meet aggressive milestones.

The role demands deep experience in scheduling, risk management, and team development. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Proven leadership of large teams on wastewater/ heavy civil projects.
• Strong scheduling and contract administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead timely, cost-effective installation of contracted work.
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Cultivate safety and quality culture among Clark employees and subcontractors.
• Plan sequencing, site logistics, and track materials/personnel.
• Maintain high-quality work aligned with standards and budgets.
• Develop and update project schedule with KPI awareness.
• Communicate schedule to contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary meetings to secure buy-in on the schedule.
