Job summary

Clark Water is seeking a Construction Executive to lead field operations on wastewater projects in Charlotte, NC. You will supervise self-performed and subcontracted work, ensure safety and quality, and align with contract docs and project schedules.

You will develop and maintain the project plan, manage crews, and communicate with stakeholders. The role requires 12+ years in wastewater construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience on wastewater treatment projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead timely and cost-effective installation of contracted work on the project(s).
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and govern key milestones.
• Communicate the schedule and lead multi-disciplinary meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members and manage client relationships.
