Job summary

Clark Water is seeking a Construction Executive to lead field operations on wastewater treatment project sites. You will supervise both self-performed and contracted work, ensuring adherence to contract documents, schedule, quality, and safety standards, while driving a culture of excellence across Clark Water teams.

You will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal leadership and clients.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience on wastewater treatment projects.
Experience leading large dam/reservoir/heavy civil projects.
6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
Knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
Advanced knowledge of applicable safety regulations (OSHA).
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the timely and cost-effective installation of the contracted work on the project or multiple projects.
Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop and update the project schedule and manage critical milestones.
Communicate the schedule effectively with contractors and project stakeholders; lead multidisciplinary meetings for buy-in.
Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
Cultivate client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
