Job summary

Fort Collins, Colorado-based role overseeing delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for Colorado’s Front Range. As owner’s representative you will coordinate between clients, engineers, contractors and stakeholders from planning through commissioning and closeout.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules and safety, with opportunities to support business development and pursue capital projects across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive civil engineering, construction management or infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with water/wastewater, utilities, heavy civil, roadways, bridges or public infrastructure projects.
• PE (Colorado), CCM or PMP accreditation, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with large capital water/wastewater projects is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, risk and overall construction delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison between owners, design teams and general contractors.
• Lead contractor and project coordination meetings.
• Review pay applications, invoices and change orders.
• Oversee inspection teams and ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Manage permitting, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate system start-ups, tie-ins, operator training and project closeout.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability.
• Support proposals and business development for future projects.
