Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Manager to lead onsite construction management for water and wastewater projects in Loveland, Colorado. You will work with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in similar projects, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to travel across Colorado. Procore, Primavera P6, and Autodesk Construction Cloud experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of construction management, field engineering, inspection, or owner's representative experience supporting water/wastewater, utility, or heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Colorado as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite construction management and field coordination support for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare progress reports and meeting documentation.
• Assist with schedule reviews, cost tracking, forecasting, and project controls activities.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and document project progress.
• Support project closeout activities, punch list management, and commissioning efforts.
