Job summary
RESPEC seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer for our Loveland, Colorado location. The role involves designing and delivering water and wastewater projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and presenting designs to clients and the public.
A strong foundation in civil/environmental engineering and hands-on project experience are essential. Applicants should have an EIT, 3+ years in water/wastewater facilities, and a Colorado PE or path to licensure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of water/wastewater facilities experience
- Engineer-In-Training certification
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve clients' technical challenges
- Develop project designs, drawings, reports, specs, and other deliverables
- Track project progress within scope and schedule and alert managers of issues
- Prepare concise written communications and participate in client and team meetings
- Present design projects to clients and the public as needed
