Job summary

Ditesco, LLC is seeking a Water/Wastewater Construction Manager to lead the construction of large water and wastewater projects in the Front Range. The role acts as the owner’s agent, coordinating the owner, contractor, and engineer to achieve project goals.

You will manage PMPs, budgets, and schedules, while supervising field teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving safe, on‑time, on‑budget project delivery across complex civil infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado; CM or PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum of 7 years of civil engineering/construction experience with emphasis on municipal/State/Federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of water, wastewater, utility, and heavy civil projects as owner’s agent.
• Coordinate project team (Owner, Contractor, Engineer) to meet goals.
• Develop and maintain PMP, schedules, and budgets; process monthly pay requests and invoices.
• Lead meetings between owner, design team, and general contractor to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality through inspections and documentation.
