Job summary

GFT is seeking Construction Inspectors to join our Construction Services team in the Pennsylvania area to inspect medium to large scale Water / Wastewater projects throughout Eastern PA. You will serve as a construction inspector, track daily activities, and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 5+ years of water/wastewater inspection experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience inspecting water/wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a construction inspector on water/wastewater projects under the general supervision of the Construction Manager.
• Track and inspect daily activities of the contractor, measuring completed items of work and recording them for payment.
• Determine when project materials and procedures are not in compliance with project plans or specifications; submit daily diaries or inspection logs.
