Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Construction Executive to lead field operations on wastewater/ water projects. You’ll supervise self-performed and subcontracted work, ensure compliance with contract docs and schedules, and foster a safety-first, quality-focused culture across project teams.

You will develop and update project schedules, lead multi-disciplinary meetings, mentor staff, and manage relationships with clients and executives to deliver a successful project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience on water/wastewater projects.
• Experience leading large dam/reservoir/heavy civil projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes: scheduling, contract administration, equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead timely, cost-effective installation of contracted work on the project(s).
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and subcontractors.
• Create plans to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain high quality of work aligned with project and company standards.
• Deliver projects on schedule and on budget through proactive leadership.
