Job summary

Kimley-Horn’s Rogers, Arkansas office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join the Water/Wastewater and Utilities team. This is not a remote position and offers opportunities to lead design efforts and collaborate across disciplines.

The role requires PE licensure or progression towards it, municipal project experience, and strong communication skills. You will manage budgets, engage with clients and regulators, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Municipal engineering experience including pump stations, pipelines, water/wastewater facilities.
• Experience performing hydraulic modeling with WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS/InfoWater.

Responsibilities

• Design water transmission and distribution systems and related facilities.
• Manage project tasks, design, permitting, and construction coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external clients on projects.
