Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Management Consulting/Business Development Leader to guide consulting engagements for municipal utility clients from strategy through execution. You will develop asset plans, drive growth, and mentor teams in a hybrid Denver-area role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in municipal utilities consulting, strong asset management expertise, and relevant certifications. Expect client-facing work, collaboration, and travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting with municipal utilities or municipal utility experience.
• Colorado-appropriate certifications (PE/RCM/CRE/IAM) preferred.
• Travel to client sites and conferences as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset management plans and programs, including life-cycle cost analyses and long-term financial planning.
• Advance business growth: build client relationships, prepare proposals, participate in interview teams.
• Lead CMMS, asset management and maintenance strategy advisement for clients.
