The position emphasizes hybrid work with both office and site interactions, and involves travel for client meetings and site visits. A senior-level candidate with strong PM and utility expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in consulting with municipal utilities or working at a municipal utility.
• Strong technical knowledge of the water/wastewater industry.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service and interact positively with clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management consulting projects and programs.
• Support business development and client interaction.
• Develop and oversee utility management studies and CMMS implementation.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and travel for client meetings.
