Job summary

Veolia Water Tech seeks a Service Area Manager to lead a team of Service Employees and oversee industrial water treatment systems, driving safety, contract performance, and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with site leadership, Sales, Admin, and Regeneration to ensure seamless operations and growth.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, project management, and technical knowledge in water treatment, with experience managing 10–15 staff and delivering on multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field, or an Associate’s in electrical/industrial/mechanical/water treatment.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Minimum 5 years of water industry experience in ion exchange or related equipment.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing people.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 10–15 employees and optimize scheduling.
• Oversee smaller projects and prepare time/cost/resource estimates.
• Review engineering drawings and P&IDs and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Regeneration teams for customer fulfillment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and budget adherence across service operations.
