Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Service Area Manager to lead a field service team and oversee industrial water treatment systems for operational excellence. You will guide technicians, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure safety, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes project oversight, process optimization, and collaboration with Sales and Regeneration teams to drive growth and service quality across contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of water industry experience in ion exchange, RO, or related processes.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing people.
• Ability to obtain TWIC card.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises a team of 10–15, optimizing scheduling and utilization.
• Lead small projects and develop time, cost, and resource estimates.
• Review engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Implement process improvements to boost project efficiency.
• Maintain communication with site leadership, Sales, Admin and Regeneration teams.
• Manage contract performance, budgets and forecasts.
• Administer preventive maintenance programs across accounts.
• Provide training and on-call support as needed.
