Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant water industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in water industry roles and 8+ years in managing people.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises a team of 10 to 15 employees and optimizes scheduling.
• Leads small projects and develops estimates for time, cost, and resources.
• Reviews engineering drawings, P&IDs, and ensures contract performance.
