Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Area Manager to oversee industrial water treatment operations across a defined region in North America. You will lead a team of Field Service Representatives, manage projects, budgets, and schedules, and collaborate with CAPEX managers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of services.

Strong leadership, water treatment knowledge, and experience with project controls, data analysis, and customer engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field or five years' leadership experience in industrial water treatment or related field.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Experience in leading Field Service teams.
• Knowledge of industrial water treatment processes.
• Familiarity with project controls and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10–15 field service staff within a region.
• Lead project communications with CAPEX managers for smooth operations.
• Manage small projects including Mobile Water Systems and refurbishments.
• Review engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts and report spend vs budget to leadership.
