Job summary

Chem-Aqua, a Solenis Company, is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Representative to build and protect customer relationships across industrial, commercial, and municipal accounts in the Ohio region.

You’ll drive growth through on-site testing, tailored proposals, and collaboration with our technical experts, with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits. Travel within your territory is required, and training is provided from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve problems.
• Comfortable traveling within your territory.
• Self-driven, organized, and curious learning about water treatment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers (hospitals to data centers to manufacturing facilities).
• Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing & analysis (training provided).
• Deliver value-driven proposals showing how customers will save time and money.
• Grow new business and expand existing accounts.
• Partner with technical experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and build success with the team.
