Chem-Aqua, Inc. is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Rep to manage a territory, build relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers, and deliver value through water-treatment solutions.

You will perform on-site testing, craft proposals, travel within your territory, and receive training. Competitive base with uncapped commissions, full benefits, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
• Willingness to travel within your territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing & analysis and learn our processes.
• Deliver smart, value-driven proposals that show customers how they’ll save time and money.
• Grow new business and expand existing accounts.
• Partner with our technical experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and contribute to a supportive team.
