Job summary

JHL Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to run complex water/wastewater construction projects in Colorado.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, field operations, and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery while safeguarding safety and budget. You will lead site teams, coordinate with design professionals and owners, develop constructability plans, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, environmental engineering, or construction management.
• Or alternative education in trades with related experience.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater experience.
• Experience managing piping/equipment installations and project controls.
• Strong safety and QA/process knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise jobsite staff, subcontractors, and field crew.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate with PMs and subs on critical decisions.
• Maintain jobsite safety and QA program.
• Ensure proper documentation and as-built records.
• Develop man-hour plans and equipment needs.
