Job summary

JHL Constructors is seeking a Superintendent to manage all aspects of on-site operations for water and wastewater projects in Colorado. You will supervise staff, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering on-time results.

The role requires a civil/mechanical/environmental background and 5+ years in related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, environmental engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years in water/wastewater projects with self-perform or supervision experience.
• Experience designing, installing process piping and equipment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to on-site staff and subcontractors for quality and timeliness.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate subcontractor schedules.
• Maintain jobsite safety and QA program adherence.
• Manage documentation: daily reports, look-ahead schedules, inspections.
• Oversee field operations within budget and hours constraints.
