RN Civil Construction LLC in Centennial, CO is seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to lead major heavy civil and water/wastewater projects. You will oversee self-performing crews across excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, and installation of treatment equipment.

Formación

• 10+ years of construction experience for the Superintendent track; 5+ years as superintendent for a self-performing contractor.
• 5+ years experience for Assistant Superintendent; 2+ years as assistant superintendent for a self-performing contractor.
• Experience in water or wastewater infrastructure required.
• Experience managing excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, and treatment/processing equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, safety and quality focus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the progress of multiple projects.
• Lead self-performing crews in excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, piping and treatment equipment installation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and resolve issues.
• Uphold the quality and integrity of each project from start to finish.
