Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent for water and wastewater treatment projects in the Charlotte, NC area. You will lead field operations for complex works ranging from $15M to $100M, ensuring safety and schedule discipline while collaborating with the project management team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of water/wastewater experience
• Strong field leadership and mentoring
• Experience managing large-scale projects and safety programs
• Ability to coordinate with PMs and subcontractors
• Budget control and cost awareness

Responsibilities

• Schedule activities and resources to maintain a successful project schedule.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans.
• Coordinate construction activities, shutdowns, testing and inspections.
• Lead equipment coordination and maintenance.
• Manage relations with subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
• Develop and enforce project safety plans and safety initiatives.
• Assist with project budgeting and cost control measures.
• Contribute to project start-up and close-out efforts.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and punch lists.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.
