Veolia is seeking a senior leader to direct operational excellence and regulatory strategy across its municipal water treatment facilities in the US. You will bridge executive goals with field operations, driving data-driven improvements and strong compliance.

The role requires deep regulatory expertise, project management, and QA/QC oversight, collaborating with regulators, operators, and project teams to sustain elite water quality and performance standards across a decentralized portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related).
• Minimum 15 years in water/wastewater compliance, regulatory affairs, and technical operations.
• Experience with data analytics, QA/QC, and laboratory oversight.
• Preferred: MS or MBA; technical MS strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory strategy and regional compliance frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance on process controls and optimization.
• Oversee data analytics programs to monitor system performance.
• Collaborate with regulators, operators, and leadership across multiple sites.
• Mentor field teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
