Veolia North America, LLC seeks a senior leader to oversee regulatory strategy and operational excellence across its contract treatment facility portfolio. You will bridge executive strategy with on-the-ground implementation, driving continuous improvement and empowering regional teams.

The role requires 15+ years in water/wastewater compliance, strong data analytics, QA/QC oversight, and deep SDWA expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 15+ years in water/wastewater compliance.
• Experience with data analytics, QA/QC program management, and laboratory oversight.
• Deep knowledge of SDWA and state/federal regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance on process controls and regulatory interpretation.
• Lead data analytics programs to monitor system performance.
• Develop and implement regional compliance frameworks aligned with the SDWA.
• Drive continuous improvement across decentralized plant portfolios.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on treatment technologies.
• Deliver technical presentations to executives and clients.
