Job summary

Haynes Equipment Company, Inc. seeks a Systems Integrator to design, program, configure, startup, and support control systems for water and wastewater facilities.

You will develop PLC, HMI, OIT, and SCADA applications across pumps, valves, and treatment equipment, and provide field startup and commissioning services. The role requires travel to customer sites, collaboration with engineering and field teams, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Experience developing HMI, OIT, or SCADA applications.
• Experience with MS SQL Server or similar databases.
• Understanding of industrial networking and communications protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with electrical control drawings (AutoCAD).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, configure, startup, and support control systems for water/wastewater facilities.
• Develop PLC, HMI, OIT, and SCADA applications.
• Design intuitive interfaces and dashboards; configure alarms, trends, and reporting.
• Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA servers, and network devices.
• Travel to customer sites for startups, commissioning, and support.
• Provide operator training and field troubleshooting services.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation and version control.
