Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in PLC/OIT/HMI programming or related roles
• Knowledge of I&C systems used in water/wastewater industry is a plus
• Advanced PLC languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text) and HMI software
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Program and integrate moderate to advanced control systems: PLC, OIT, HMI, Reporting, Alarming
• Develop PLC, OIT, and SCADA system programs
• Troubleshoot field control systems; provide technical support
• Conduct startup activities independently
• Prepare standard reports for Programming Manager
• Interpret control panel drawings and I/O lists for accuracy
• Participate in QC reviews with focus on programming philosophies
