Responsibilities

• Supervises plant operations.
• Coordinates work activities of staff and staffing decisions.
• Maintains staffing levels for each shift and ensures plant functionality.
• Oversees plant maintenance and preventative maintenance program.
• Develops SOPs and ensures compliance with drinking water regulations.
• Coordinates pumping, storage, and zone management.
• Assists with training of operators and submits required state reports.
• Performs safety inspections and maintains safety records.
