• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment and safe work practices.
• Ability to operate machinery and a variety of tools.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Travel between city facilities and external sites to collect and deliver materials.
• Assist in patching, concrete work, carpentry and roof repairs as needed.
• Collect water and wastewater samples for testing and assist with analyses.
• Answer public questions and provide information as necessary.
