Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to maintain daily water production and quality for public consumption. You will monitor system demand, control pressure, and operate treatment plants and wells, often using SCADA interfaces.

Responsibilities include routine testing, chart analysis, chemical feed calibration, and on-site maintenance. The role may involve shift work during peak seasons and varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in water production and/or water treatment preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water testing and record results.
• Monitor charts and digital displays and adjust operations as needed.
• Calibrate chemical feed and adjust rate per tests.
• Operate water treatment plants and wells using SCADA.
• Perform maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
