Hot Springs Village Property Owners Assoc is seeking an Operator I – (Operator In Training) to assist in operating and maintaining water pumping stations, treatment plants, reservoirs, and metering stations. This role supports water operations under supervision, including basic lab work and data recording.

The position requires flexibility for after-hours work, weekend or holiday coverage, and progression toward an Arkansas Grade I Water Treatment Operator license within a year.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Arkansas Grade I Water Treatment Operator License within a year.
• Must have a valid Arkansas Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain water pump stations, treatment plants, reservoirs, and master metering stations.
• Perform repairs on pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment.
• Assist in laboratory analysis, sampling, monitoring, and calibration.
• Read SCADA records and perform basic record keeping.

Formazione

High School diploma or GED

Arkansas Driver’s License

Arkansas Grade I Water Treatment Operator License within 1 year
