Alliance Water Resources is hiring an Operator I in Caruthersville, MO to operate water treatment facilities and related equipment. The role requires working 7:00am-3:30pm with on-call and standby hours, under supervision with some autonomy.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, collecting samples, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess and continuously maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment practices, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read meters and gauges and interpret findings.
• Ability to perform heavy labor, work in confined spaces, and operate safely in varying conditions.

• Operates water treatment facility including record keeping and maintenance.
• Monitor flows, adjust levels and pressures to meet demands; calibrate lab testing equipment.
• Collect samples and document results; ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Maintain and repair equipment, assist with turnover and customer service activities.
