Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Service Representative to install, service, and maintain water treatment systems for customers throughout the Central United States, reporting to the Branch Sales Manager.

You will support sales growth and profitability of the Water Treatment Group through hands-on technical expertise and effective customer engagement. The role requires regular travel (up to 50%), the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and collaboration with Regional Managers

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Water Treatment industry.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities within accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair customer equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain productive relationships with existing customers and expand accounts.
• Generate repeat sales with timely product and technical information.
• Grow product lines and identify new opportunities for retention.
• Attend regional trade shows and complete monthly territory reports.
• Provide hands-on technical support to solve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
