Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage accounts and develop new prospects in the assigned territory. You will drive sales growth through product and customer knowledge, identify opportunities to grow current product lines, and increase profits in the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience preferred in municipal/industrial chemical field.
• Proven efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a service-oriented focus.
• Detail oriented, organized, proactive with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales to accounts in assigned territory.
• Establish new customer relationships and maintain current ones.
• Provide technical support for chemical applications to customers.
• Perform customer needs assessments to cultivate additional business.
• Grow profitability of territory with pricing and increased product lines.
• Complete monthly reports and market summaries for territory.
• Assist in developing the annual strategic plan for the territory.
• Conduct onsite product testing for water and wastewater treatment applications.
• Troubleshoot customer systems and recommend performance improvements.
