Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Service Representative to install and service water treatment systems across the Central United States. You will support sales growth, maintain customer relations, and provide hands-on technical support at customer sites.

The role requires travel up to 50% and occasional overnight stays. Applicants should have strong water treatment knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Water Treatment industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair customer equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat sales.
• Grow product lines and identify new lines; expand role with customers.
• Provide hands-on technical support and solve business problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support equipment and chemical sales.
