Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead engineering and project delivery for water and wastewater treatment projects worldwide from their Houston base. The role requires strong design and project management skills, coordinating with the Global Engineering Center in India and the Local Project Management team to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities include supervising engineering design, P&ID reviews, and third-party design teams, maintaining schedule and budget, and

Qualifications

BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental).
15+ years in water or Process industry.
10+ years in cross-functional engineering teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D models.
Familiar with API, ASME, AWS, NACE and AWWA codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required for project needs.

Responsibilities

Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater projects globally.
Lead as Project Engineering Manager within the engineering department.
Mentor engineering staff and share knowledge in regular sessions.
Ensure engineering is completed on schedule and within budget.
Review quotations for compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with PMs, QA/QC, skid fabricators and Construction Manager.
Support commissioning and warranty claims from a technical perspective.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
