Job summary

Gradiant seeks a highly skilled Technical Project Manager/Project Engineering Manager with deep water treatment knowledge to lead engineering design for projects worldwide. You will coordinate with the Global Engineering Center in India and local PM teams, guiding cross-functional engineers to deliver compliant, on-time solutions.

You will supervise P&IDs, basic and detailed engineering, sizing, and equipment datasheets while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in water or process industry.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.
• Lead as Project Engineering Manager within engineering, reporting to Head of Engineering.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff through knowledge sharing sessions.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Establish and apply procedures to improve engineering quality and efficiency.
• Carry out value engineering assessments and techno-economic analyses.
• Review quotes and external fabrication drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with PMs, QA/QC, fabricators and Construction Manager.
• Oversee general arrangement and piping drawings, skid layouts, and module designs.
• Interface with clients on technical aspects and participate in design reviews.
• Support commissioning and warranty activities from a technical perspective.
