Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Manager, Management Consultancy in Indianapolis, IN to lead water treatment advisory projects within US Advisory Services. You will oversee technical quality, mentor junior staff, and deliver client-focused consulting on drinking water, process water, and wastewater systems.

The role emphasizes independent problem-solving, strong communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet client objectives and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years’ experience in industrial, consulting, and/or research settings.
• Experience with water and wastewater projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Reverse Osmosis treatment processes and membrane performance modeling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of working independently to solve complex technical issues.
• Authorization to immediately work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services related to water treatment project selection, implementation and optimization.
• Oversee technical quality of consulting services and guide junior staff.
• Manage delivery of client services on project-specific, on-demand basis.
• Interface with clients to determine goals and constraints for project implementation.
• Develop concept-level treatment process approaches meeting client needs.
• Assess facility performance issues and identify upgrades.
• Assist in procurement document development and evaluation of contractor proposals.
• Develop risk profiles and facilitate risk workshops.
• Collaborate with project teams and provide technical guidance to engineers and analysts.
