Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, margins, milestones, and engineering design, with travel as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills and ISO procedure compliance. Hybrid work options may be available in Ames, IA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams.
• Ability to proactively manage competing requirements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
