Job summary

Pure Water Technology of Central PA in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for our Lancaster Office. This role installs, troubleshoots, services and repairs bottle-less water coolers and ice machines in client environments, ensuring top-notch customer service.

You must be self-directed, detail oriented, and able to work independently, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is required; background check will be conducted; plumbing

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders up to 35 feet with a safety harness.
Ability to work independently and ask questions to complete tasks.
Plumbing experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, service and repair bottle-less water coolers and ice machines.
Explain the functionality of the water and ice systems to customers and answer questions.
Complete service routes efficiently and communicate with your supervisor and team.
Complete necessary paperwork and follow safety procedures.
