Job summary

Bottleless Nation in Cincinnati is seeking a Service Technician/Installer to install, troubleshoot, and service bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client business environments. The role emphasizes professional interaction with customers and delivering top-notch service.

You will work independently, follow safety procedures, and complete paperwork while using a company vehicle. Fully paid training is provided, along with a gas card to support travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience installing and servicing beverage and ice systems preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact professionally with business customers.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair bottleless water and ice systems.
• Explain system operation and answer customer questions.
• Complete service routes efficiently.
• Maintain safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team members.
• Complete required paperwork.
