Job summary

Pure Water Technology of Central PA in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for our Lancaster Office. This role installs, troubleshoots, services and repairs bottle-less water coolers and ice machines in client environments, ensuring top-notch customer service.

You must be self-directed, detail oriented, and able to work independently, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is required; background check will be conducted; plumbing

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders up to 35 feet with a safety harness.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions to complete tasks.
• Plumbing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Job description

Pure Water Technology is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for our Lancaster Office

This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of bottle-less water coolers and ice machines in client business environments.

Must be self-directed, detail oriented and possess EXCELLENT customer service skills, because we offer top notch service!

Principal duties:

• Professionally greet and interact with business customers.

May be required to fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings.

• Complete the assigned installation, explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions.
• Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements:

• You must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.
• Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish job properly.
• Plumbing experience preferred but not required.
• We must have excellent customer service skills - we treat our customers with the best service around.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Ascending and descending ladders.
• Working in small areas.
• Able to use hands and power tools.
