Job summary

Bottleless Nation is seeking a Service Technician/Installer for the Cincinnati area. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client environments.

You will ensure customer satisfaction and proper operation of systems. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with beverage/ice systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills - we treat our customers with the best service around.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and interact with business clients.
• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair bottleless water coolers and ice machines.
• Explain system functionality and answer customer questions.
• Complete service routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate with supervisor, customer service and team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of company equipment.
